These terms govern your use of staythere.ai and the StayThere MCP service. By using StayThere, you agree to these terms.

Search service, not a booking agent

StayThere helps people discover direct-booking properties and may display property information, availability, prices, fees, reviews, and links supplied by independent hosts and booking providers. StayThere does not own, manage, inspect, endorse, reserve, or accept payment for accommodations and is not a party to any booking.

Prices and availability

Live results can change between a StayThere search and the host's checkout. The host's direct website controls the final price, taxes, fees, availability, cancellation policy, house rules, and booking terms. Confirm all details before paying.

Acceptable use

You may use StayThere's public website for lawful, individual travel research and direct-booking discovery. You may not disrupt the service, bypass rate or access controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent StayThere results, or use the service to violate another party's rights.

Automated access and competitive use

Except where StayThere has expressly authorized it in writing or through documented functionality, you may not use a bot, crawler, scraper, spider, browser automation system, AI agent, data-mining tool, or other automated means to access, monitor, copy, extract, download, index, or collect any part of StayThere.

You may not use StayThere content, search results, listing records, coordinates, pricing history, reviews, ranking signals, taxonomies, or collections to create, train, enrich, benchmark, operate, or improve a competing travel search engine, map, marketplace, directory, booking service, database, model, or AI product. You also may not bulk reproduce, republish, license, sell, or redistribute that material. These restrictions apply whether or not the activity materially burdens the service.

Compliant general-purpose search engines may index public HTML pages only as permitted by StayThere's robots instructions. Robots instructions are not permission to access restricted endpoints, catalog files, exports, or APIs. StayThere may revoke automated-access permission at any time. See the Crawler and Data-Use Policy.

MCP and API use

The public StayThere MCP may be used by compatible assistants to answer individual, user-initiated travel searches, retrieve property details, request live quotes, and send travelers to StayThere. It may not be used for bulk harvesting, persistent mirroring, competitive intelligence, model training, or reconstruction of the StayThere catalog. Undocumented endpoints, catalog files, and internal data feeds are not public APIs and may not be accessed through automation.

Content and service rights

Property information, photographs, reviews, trademarks, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and providers. StayThere retains all rights in its original software, interface, design, copy, ranking and recommendation systems, taxonomies, and protectable selection, coordination, and arrangement of its collection. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant a license to copy or reuse the service or its contents except for the limited use expressly described in these terms.

Third-party services

Direct booking websites and property-management systems are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, payment processes, and customer-service obligations apply when you visit or book with them. References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

No warranties

StayThere is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, StayThere disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, property quality, host conduct, booking fulfillment, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StayThere and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a host, property, booking provider, transaction, cancellation, travel disruption, or reliance on third-party information.

Protection and enforcement

StayThere may monitor automated traffic, preserve relevant request records, rate-limit or block access, revoke permissions, and suspend integrations to protect the service and its users. StayThere reserves all rights and remedies concerning unauthorized access, copying, interference, or misuse. If you want licensed bulk access or another commercial use, contact StayThere before accessing the data.

Changes and contact

StayThere may update these terms or the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through StayThere support.
