These terms govern your use of staythere.ai and the StayThere MCP service. By using StayThere, you agree to these terms.

Search service, not a booking agent

StayThere helps people discover direct-booking properties and may display property information, availability, prices, fees, reviews, and links supplied by independent hosts and booking providers. StayThere does not own, manage, inspect, endorse, reserve, or accept payment for accommodations and is not a party to any booking.

Prices and availability

Live results can change between a StayThere search and the host's checkout. The host's direct website controls the final price, taxes, fees, availability, cancellation policy, house rules, and booking terms. Confirm all details before paying.

Acceptable use

You may use StayThere for lawful travel research and direct-booking discovery. You may not disrupt the service, bypass rate or access controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent StayThere results, use the service to violate another party's rights, or conduct automated extraction that materially burdens the service.

Third-party services

Direct booking websites and property-management systems are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, payment processes, and customer-service obligations apply when you visit or book with them. References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

No warranties

StayThere is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, StayThere disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, property quality, host conduct, booking fulfillment, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StayThere and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a host, property, booking provider, transaction, cancellation, travel disruption, or reliance on third-party information.

Changes and contact

StayThere may update these terms or the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through StayThere support.
